FAST, HARD CARDIO INTERVALS WHERE THE FOCUS IS TO MAINTAIN POWER OUTPUT ACROSS ALL EFFORTS. USE THE COMPUTERS ON THE MACHINES AND FOCUS ON YOUR WATTAGE/CALS ETC TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR EFFORTS ARE.
