AFTER THE LAST FEW WEEKS AND PREVIOUS MONTHS OF FINE TUNING OUR SNATCH, WE HAVE DECIDED TO LET YOU PUT IT ALL INTO PRACTICE AND GO HEAVY.

WE HAVE SCALED ALL THE LEVELS SO THAT YOU HAVE PLENTY OF OPTIONS. THIS IS NOT A 1 RM DAY.

TESTING YOUR ABILITLY TO MAINTAIN FORM AND KEEP COMPOSURE WHEN THAT FATIGUE STARTS TO SET IN. MOVE WELL.
