MIXING UP OUR SKILL WORK THIS WEEK. THE LAST 4 WEEKS WE HAVE BEEN FOCUSING ON THE BEHING THE NECK POSITION FOR SNATCHING, THIS WEEK WE ARE WORKING FROM THE GROUND. THIS IS STILL SKILL WORK, KEEP IT LIGHT.. MOVE WELL.
