**NOTES/WORKOUT FLOW

YOU’LL GO ROUND FOR ROUND WITH A PARTNER, YOU DO 8 DEADLIFTS AND 8 BOX JUMPS THEN YOUR PARTNER DOES UNTIL YOU BOTH COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS, FOR A TOTAL OF 6.

 

ONCE DONE THE DEADLIFT PORTION; COMPLETE THE T2B AND BREAK THEM UP 1:1 AS NEEDED, THEN MOVE ONTO LUNGES.
