Start your Journey

Our philosophy is Training is meant to compliment your day so enjoy it.

If it is a Stress outlet, personal gains, to boost performance , social interaction, general fitness, training for sports or whatever your reason, walk out everyday with a smile.

Step 1: Start with a Complimentary Class

We know that trying a new gym or workout routine can be scary, that’s why you can come on out and try one of our classes for free. Chat with the coaches, nutritionists, and other members to see if CrossFit Geelong is the right fit for you before making any decisions. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you have. Rest assured, there are never any contracts or joining fees that you’ll be asked to pay or sign.

Step 2: Fundamentals

Our fundamentals program is compulsory for all members starting off with us.

These sessions are all about learning the beginnings of why we do CrossFit and how we do it properly & safely for you.

You will be active in these sessions, so please dress accordingly and bring a towel & water bottle.

Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you feel you need too.

We can’t wait to meet you.

2 x 1 hour private sessions for $155

Or join 2 x class fundamentals groups (tues & thurs 7pm) $50

Step 3: Starting your CFG journey

Constantly Varied functional movements performed at high intensity.  CrossFit in a nutshell is preparing you for any physical task thrown at you. With a combination of strength and conditioning training, we use compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, pulling, and pushing.  We also run, row, jump, bike use kettlebells, and dumbbells and like to spend time honing in on gymnastic skills and Olympic lifting. We also like to maybe walk on our hands upside down too. CrossFit is truly for anyone as our core belief is a technique first then increases intensity whether that be with load or speed. We have an abundance of scaling and or mortifications for beginners or people with previous injuries options for all movements.
