* HANG CLEANS WILL ASCEND IN LOAD UNTIL THE 15MINS IS UP. YOU’RE NOT REQUIRED TO DO THEM UNBROKEN, TOWARDS THE END WE WANT TO BASICALLY HIT 5×1 VERY HEAVY HANG CLEANS.
