CrossFit Classes produce elite results by effectively combining power lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other functional fitness movements. CrossFit is the program of choice for many firefighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, Special Forces personnel, triathletes, and everyday people looking to achieve elite levels of fitness. Training sessions at Wodsites are designed to push you and improve your fitness based on your starting ability meaning that anyone can take part. Sessions focus on proper execution of all movements to achieve an all round level of cardio fitness, strength and stamina.

Open Training
OPEN TRAINING
When you join CFG, you will no doubt be wanting to practice new skills & lifts you are learning in the classes. Gymnastics, Mobility, Flexibility and Crossover symmetry are definitely encouraged. You will also see lots of programs on the wall in the Mobility Room, which will give you a wonderful guide of what you can follow in open training time.

WHAT LIFTS CAN I DO WHILE THE CLASS IS ON?
Squats, Presses or anything off the racks in that area is encouraged.
When the classes finish, you can then move onto the large floor area to continue training during the open training times.
The open training times & class times are ALL included in your membership. We want you to get the most out of your time here with us.
ONCE OFF VISITORS
If you are visiting the area for business or leisure and want to drop in for a session we would love to see you!
Please email us prior to coming so we can email you a waiver.
Drop in prices are $20 session.
Unlimited Training & Classes $50 per week.
